About

With over 13 years of experience supporting children and young people in education, I understand that learning is about much more than academic achievement. Building confidence, developing independence and helping individuals recognise their own strengths are equally important.

As an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant and certified ADHD coach, I offer a warm, practical and personalised approach to supporting teenagers, students and adults.

For adults, this may involve developing strategies for organisation, time management, focus and everyday challenges, including those associated with ADHD. Whether returning to education, navigating work or simply wanting to feel more confident and in control, support is tailored to individual needs and goals.

My aim is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels understood, encouraged and equipped with practical strategies that work for them.

Sessions are available online or face-to-face.
