Cancellation Policy

Lumira NI – Booking & Cancellation Policy **Booking Appointments** Lumira NI offers personalised learning support and ADHD coaching for teenagers, students and adults. Sessions are available online or face-to-face, subject to availability. A free 30-minute Discovery Call is available to discuss individual needs and explore suitable support options, with no obligation to book further sessions. **Session Fees & Payment** - Standard appointments last 50 minutes. - Session fees are displayed at the time of booking. - Payment is required when booking a paid appointment. - Clients may book individual sessions without committing to a programme or block of appointments. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, subject to applicable consumer rights. - If Lumira NI needs to cancel an appointment, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. **Late Arrival & Missed Appointments** Please arrive or join online appointments promptly. Late arrival may result in a shorter session. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full, subject to applicable consumer rights. **Confidentiality & Safeguarding** Personal information is handled in accordance with Lumira NI's Privacy Notice. Safeguarding responsibilities and legal disclosure obligations take precedence over confidentiality where necessary. For clients under 18, parental or guardian consent is required before support begins. **Consumer Rights** Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable, online bookings may be subject to a 14-day cancellation period.
